JBT Marel in Madrid (Spain) or the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Application Consultant SAP SD/CS to shape SAP-driven Sales and Service processes across the organization. You will blend deep functional expertise with delivery leadership to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that support global commercial and service operations.

You will work with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and partners through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare, driving continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years SAP SD and/or Customer Service experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service processes
• Experience with Order-to-Cash, Service Management, and related business processes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver SAP projects in global organizations
• Experience contributing to transformation, ERP implementation, or large CAPEX programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders at multiple levels
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration
• Continuous improvement mindset and process excellence
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus

• Act as the functional lead for SAP SD/CS within CAPEX and transformation projects
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Lead design activities across Sales, Customer Service, and related processes
• Provide expertise across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and partners
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management
• Support testing, training, and user adoption initiatives
• Ensure SAP solutions align with objectives and standards
• Manage enhancements and issue resolution within SAP SD/CS
• Contribute to SAP roadmap and future process improvements

About the Role

Become a key contributor to our global SAP landscape and help shape the future of Sales and Service processes across JBT Marel. As Senior Application Consultant SAP SD/CS, you will combine deep SAP functional expertise with strong project delivery capabilities, playing a leading role in strategic business transformation and CAPEX initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP colleagues, and implementation partners to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that support our global commercial and service operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable solutions and driving continuous improvement across complex organizations.

What You'll Do

• Act as the functional lead for SAP SD/CS within strategic CAPEX and transformation projects
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Lead functional design activities across Sales, Customer Service, and related business processes
• Provide expertise throughout project lifecycle phases including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, key users, and external implementation partners
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes
• Support testing activities, training programs, and user adoption initiatives
• Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives, architectural standards, and best practices
• Manage enhancements, functional changes, and issue resolution within the SAP SD/CS domain
• Contribute to SAP roadmap development and future process improvements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of SAP SD and/or Customer Service experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Have strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service processes
• Understand Order-to-Cash, Service Management, Variant Configuration, and related business processes
• Demonstrate experience delivering SAP projects within global organizations
• Have successfully contributed to transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale CAPEX programs
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Are able to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
• Excel in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration

• Communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage
