Nationale-Nederlanden in Madrid seeks a Senior API DevOps Application Engineer to shape API strategy across NN International. You will design and implement scalable integration solutions on Azure PaaS, drive API governance, and promote an API Platform culture with cross-country teams.

You are a hands-on architect who can balance development with design, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and deliver secure, reliable services that align with business goals in the insurance domain.

Formación

• Extensive experience designing and developing API-based integration solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with REST and SOAP services in Azure.
• Proven ability to define integration patterns and governance.
• Experience communicating complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop backend components integrated with Azure PaaS.
• Define and promote API governance standards across NN International.
• Design integration solutions using APIs, Events, MCP, and modern patterns.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP services.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security teams.
