Mindmatch busca un desarrollador Android experimentado para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones nativas, trabajando en un entorno internacional y con un equipo altamente cualificado. Se valorará experiencia en Kotlin/Java y arquitectura MVVM/MVI, integración de APIs REST y pruebas de software.

La posición es híbrida, con 2 días a la semana en la oficina de Sant Cugat del Vallès, y ofrece proyectos internacionales, formación continua y oportunidades de viaje.

Formación

• 8+ years of Android app development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
• Proficiency with Android architecture MVVM/MVI.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Experience with RxJava and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of dependency injection (Dagger or Hilt).
• Experience with Git (GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in Sant Cugat del Vallés office.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain native Android applications using modern development practices.
• Act as the technical reference for the team, providing guidance, mentoring and code reviews.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement new application features following clean architecture principles.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable and reusable code using Kotlin and Java.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, payment gateways and third-party services.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces, including custom views and animations.
• Implement reactive programming patterns using RxJava.
• Develop unit tests and ensure software quality through continuous testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers and backend engineers.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
