En este rol trabajarás en arquitecturas de software escalables, integrando modelos de lenguaje y herramientas de IA para entregar productos digitales innovadores.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia sólida en TypeScript y React, se desenvuelve en entornos de alto rendimiento y colabora en equipos cross-funcionales, con oportunidad de movilidad

Formación

• Experiencia demostrable con entornos full-stack y adaptación rápida a diferentes stacks.
• Fundamentos sólidos de ingeniería de software (estructuras de datos, patrones de diseño, escalabilidad).
• Experiencia directa con modelos de lenguaje grandes (LLMs) y herramientas asociadas.

Must-have Skills :

• Technical Adaptability: Demonstrated expertise in rapidly adapting to different full-stack environments.
• Core Fundamentals: Exceptional Software Engineering fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability) are mandatory.
• Languages & Frameworks: Direct, deep, and mandatory experience with TypeScript + React.
• IHands-on Exposure: Direct experience implementing and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Agent Architecture: Deep understanding of agentic workflows and key components ("agent iceberg" considerations such as memory, planning, and tool use) when integrating LLMs.
• High Performance: Proven track record in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Adaptability: Strong ability to adjust to shifting priorities and experience working within self-organizing teams.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
