Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape AI experiences across our consumer and professional information products. You will own the AI roadmap, partner with internal teams to build reusable capabilities, and ensure the end-user value of AI features across platforms such as WSJ, Barron's, MarketWatch, Factiva, and WSJ Pro.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years shipping AI-powered products in production.
• Experience owning a consumer, B2B, or enterprise product that serves a well-defined user.
• Fluency in modern AI product patterns: retrieval and context engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for third-party AI assistants.
• Ability to design A/B tests and retention-oriented metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI experience roadmap for one or more surfaces across the portfolio, focusing on retention and demonstrable user value.
• Translate user jobs (consumers, analysts, researchers) into AI experiences using reusable shared capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal platform teams to bring user requirements into the shared roadmap.
• Lead experimentation and measurement to tell retention-grade stories about AI impact.
