Simon-Kucher & Partners is seeking a Senior Lead to design, build, and operate production-grade AI applications that embed Simon-Kucher methods into scalable capabilities. You will collaborate with AI Product Managers and IT Operations to deliver secure, measurable outcomes and establish repeatable engineering patterns.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of relevant engineering experience (software, ML, or applied AI).
• Experience leading technical projects and owning technical solutions.
• Clear English communication (C1+) and ability to align technical decisions with business constraints.
• Hands-on delivery of LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Strong production practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, operational support.
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

In this Senior Lead role, you design, build, and operate production-grade AI applications that embed Simon-Kucher methods into scalable capabilities. You work with AI Product Managers and IT Operations to deliver secure, measurable outcomes and establish repeatable engineering patterns. You translate roadmaps into robust, globally adoptable solutions and contribute to a central Data & AI function. • Design and implement LangGraph/LangChain multi-step workflows (RAG, tool calls, orchestration)
• Integrate internal data via APIs/connectors and automate end-to-end flows using Power Automate across Microsoft 365
• Build evaluation datasets, define quality metrics, run regression tests, and implement observability/tracing (LangSmith and/or Azure AI Foundry tooling)
• Implement guardrails for prompt injection/data exfiltration and ensure retention/audit alignment with IT/security stakeholders
• Develop reusable libraries (prompt/versioning, artifact generators, question banks, retrieval components) to accelerate future use cases
• 4-6+ years of relevant engineering experience (software, ML, or applied AI)
• Experience leading technical projects and owning technical solutions
• Clear English communication (C1+) and ability to align technical decisions with business constraints
• Strong Python skills, including API development and integration patterns
• Hands-on delivery of LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar frameworks
• Comfort with production practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, operational support
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Nice-to-have: Power Automate or Azure ecosystem (AI Foundry, Container Apps, Functions)
• Nice-to-have: consulting background or understanding of professional services delivery
