Hireroo Ltd in Barcelona is seeking Mid and Senior AI Engineers to shape AI models and deployment frameworks close to hardware. You will research and prototype modern neural network architectures, optimize models for efficient hardware execution and help improve AI workloads deployment on advanced processor platforms.

The role requires strong experience with transformers, CNNs, vision models, RNNs, PyTorch, C++, and CI/CD, with English at C1. This is a hybrid position located in Barcelona, Spain.

Formación

• Experience with transformers, CNNs, vision models and RNNs.
• Experience with quantization, pruning and compression.
• AI model performance analysis and profiling.
• Proficient in PyTorch and C++ development.
• Git and CI/CD workflow experience.
• Strong problem solving skills and English at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Research and prototype neural network architectures.
• Optimize models for hardware deployment and efficiency.
• Apply quantization, pruning and compression techniques.
• Analyze model performance and efficiency metrics.
• Work with AI frameworks close to hardware layer.
• Support production AI model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams.
