You will collaborate with AI Product Managers to ensure impactful solutions while establishing best engineering practices within a growing Data & AI function. Ideal candidates will have 4-6+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Python, and a strong understanding of AI orchestration frameworks. This role allows for flexible working, fostering innovation and professional growth.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in leading technical projects.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions.
• Familiarity with consulting or professional services delivery models is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-step workflows for AI applications.
• Integrate internal data via APIs and automate flows.
• Build evaluation datasets, define quality metrics, and run regression tests.
