Axelera AI is seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer - Computing Architecture to design the next generation of AI computing systems. You will work with hardware, software and product teams to specify architectural requirements and optimize performance for AI workloads.

The role involves system modeling, tool development, and mentorship to junior engineers, helping Axelera AI stay at the forefront of AI accelerators and inference workloads. Flexible Europe-wide work options are available.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Experience designing AI accelerators or computing architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++ and system-level thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Define computing architectures for AI accelerators and ensure scalability.
• Analyze workloads to optimize power, performance and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional work with hardware, software and product teams.
• Develop modeling tools and simulations to validate designs.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive technology leadership by evaluating industry trends.
