Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a senior leader to drive Aftermarket Customer Service, Field Service, Engineering, and Overhaul & Repair teams in Spain. The role focuses on delivering fast, responsive customer experiences, profitable growth, and increased OEM capture across the installed base.

You will align resources, prioritize opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance lifecycle value and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience in aftermarket, rotating equipment, customer service, or repair operations.
• Demonstrated leadership across quoting, order execution, engineering, field service, and/or repair operations.
• Fluent Spanish and English; able to work across global teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own quote performance across the responsible regions and products to increase volume and improve conversion.
• Lead the order-management process from receipt through delivery and close with clear communication.
• Use CRM and metrics to improve process flow, forecast demand, and capture rate.
• Coordinate field service, overhaul and repair to drive revenue and strengthen customer retention.
