EY GDS Spain in Malaga is seeking a Senior Consultant to support outsourced Accounting Compliance and Reporting. You will work on invoice processing, billing management, and treasury reporting within the Spanish PGC framework.

The role requires English fluency, advanced Office tools, and experience in financial closings and tax filing, with exposure to SAP and CRM Dynamics 365. EY offers a global, diverse working environment.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
• Professional experience in accounting process outsourcing projects.
• Preparation of financial closures.
• Preparation and submission of taxes.
• Preparation of CCAA and LLOO

Responsabilidades

• Management and verification of invoices received, resolution of discrepancies related to invoice processing and payment management.
• Preparation of adhesion contracts, billing management, registration of information in the accounting system.
• Posting of invoices issued and received and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
• Management of purchase orders: creation of the order, registration of the request in the accounting system, monitoring of the order and management of possible incidents with suppliers.
• Carrying out reconciliations and bank positions.
• Provision of back-office services in the treasury area (guarantee management, cash-management and reporting).
• Execution and review of accounting closures in the Spanish PGC.
• Preparation and presentation of taxes (VAT, CIT, withholding-tax, Intrastat, etc.).
• Update of master data in the different systems (SAP, billing programs, etc.).
