HBX Group, a global travel tech partner, seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst to support consolidation and reporting for the group. You will work under the Head of Consolidation and Reporting, delivering accurate financial information to guide decision-making.

The role involves coordinating key Finance Transformation initiatives, system implementations, UAT cycles, and training activities for Finance teams, with a strong emphasis on technical accounting guidance and data-driven insights.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience with financial systems and data tools (Tableau, SAC).
• Audit experience in a Big-4 would be highly valued.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret and translate financial data.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Accounting Analyst reports to the Head of Consolidation and Reporting and supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant group accounting and reporting, ensuring high-quality financial information to support decision-making.

The role supports the Finance Transformation programme by assisting the Head of Consolidation and Reporting in coordinating key initiatives, including system implementations, UAT cycles, and training activities for Finance teams, while providing sound technical accounting guidance and well-founded recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in financial reporting, combined with advanced technical expertise in financial systems and data tools, and well-developed analytical capabilities to interpret and translate financial data into meaningful insights.

Purpose

• Strong experience in financial accounting
• Experience in consolidation processes.

• Experience in SAP and Hyperion (HFM) desirable
