A global professional services network is seeking a Senior Accountant in Barcelona. This role involves direct client interaction, preparation and analysis of accounting, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5 years of experience, and strong communication skills in English. The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid working model and opportunities for professional growth in a diverse environment.

Formación

• 5 years of working experience in accounting.
• Experience with IFRS and/or GAAP is valued.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Direct interaction with different assigned clients.
• Preparation and analysis of clients’ general accounting.
• Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books.
• Mentor and guide junior accountants and assistants.

Conocimientos

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills

Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Team management experience

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
