Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead strategic relationships with major healthcare partners across Spain. You will deeply understand their operational challenges, drive adoption of our Workforce Orchestration platform, and maximise long-term value for both clients and Livo. Your role will be essential in accelerating digital transformation in hospitals and clinical networks.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for strategic healthcare accounts, ensuring strong collaboration and high satisfaction.

Lead the client lifecycle: implementation, onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing success.

Identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and present new solutions with a consultative approach.

Analyse operational and satisfaction data to design initiatives that improve retention and performance.

Work closely with Product, Operations, and Support teams to channel client feedback and influence platform evolution.

Prepare and deliver key insights, reports, and business reviews to support decision-making.

Support contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring stable and flexible agreements.

Profile

5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative B2B roles, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, HR tech, or strategic consulting.

Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders at both operational and senior levels.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive retention.

High degree of ownership, proactivity, and empathy when working with clients and internal teams.

Analytical skills to interpret usage, performance, and satisfaction metrics.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experience with CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and Google Workspace.

Valuable: experience in digital transformation within hospitals or large healthcare organisations.
