The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, demonstrated success in acquiring new business, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese as a plus. This role necessitates taking ownership of the sales process and engaging with senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business priorities.

Formación

Our client is seeking a high-impact Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Spain and Portugal.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments, excels at building executive relationships, and is passionate about helping organizations modernize their data infrastructure and cloud strategy.

What you’ll be doing
  • Taking ownership of the entire sales process, from pipeline creation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Winning new enterprise customers and expanding business within strategic accounts across Iberia.
  • Partnering with system integrators and value-added resellers to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs) to align technical solutions with business priorities.
  • Leading value-driven sales conversations focused on performance, resilience, and data sovereignty.
  • Maintaining strong internal collaboration with pre-sales engineers and solution specialists to ensure customer success.
  • Accurately forecasting pipeline and maintaining detailed records in Salesforce.
What we’re looking for
  • 8+ years of proven success in enterprise technology sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Demonstrated experience in new business acquisition and closing large, complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and as-a-service models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
  • Skilled at consultative, value-based selling and communicating business impact to executive audiences.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate independently.
