Hispasat is looking for a highly skilled Security Engineer to join the IRIS² team in Madrid. This role involves cybersecurity and information protection for a next-generation LEO satellite constellation.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing security requirements and supporting cybersecurity audits. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, preferably in satellite communications, and holds a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering activities or secure encryption.
• Proven experience with engineering of security risk management and incidents.
• In possession of EU personal security clearance (HPS).

Responsabilidades

• Define, review, and implement security requirements for the IRIS² Low LEO system.
• Analyze documentation from cybersecurity and information protection perspectives.
• Support the project team on cybersecurity audits and regular security upgrades.
