SQUAD - Cabinet de conseils et d’expertises is seeking a Security Engineering & Integration Expert to enhance cyber resilience for a major global maritime transport and logistics client. This fully remote role is based in Spain, focusing on standardizing and measuring security capabilities across the organization.

You will map, design, and implement security controls across environments, align against the 25 CDM domains, and build dashboards to provide executive visibility into security posture.

Formación

• 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or cyber defense.
• Minimum 5 years designing and integrating enterprise-scale cybersecurity capabilities.
• Proven experience in large, global environments.
• Strong knowledge across Network/Security Monitoring/ IAM/Endpoint/Data Protection domains.
• Experience building dashboards, metrics, and executive visibility tools.
• Familiarity with CDM, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• English required; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and design security controls across environments aligned to CDM domains.
• Map existing tools and controls to identify gaps, overlaps, and blind spots.
• Define a target security solutions referential with gaps and roadmap.
• Build and integrate dashboards to visualize security posture.
• Produce a Cyber Defense Matrix heatmap (current vs. target).
• Deliver actionable recommendations to measurably reduce cyber risk.
