Allianz Services in Barcelona is seeking a data analytics leader within Digital Resilience as a Service to drive security analytics and risk insights. You will collaborate with Group Information Security and Allianz Technology to implement robust analytics processes and governance.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, advanced data visualization skills, and fluency in English. A hybrid work model is offered with opportunities for international travel and remote collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading data analytics teams, especially in security analytics.
• Strong experience with data integration, transformation, and visualization (Excel/Power BI).
• Excellent communication to engage senior executives; English required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with senior executive stakeholders to align analytics with goals.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Integrate data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems.
• Use Excel and Power BI for data cleaning, transformation, modelling, and visualization.
• Implement scheduled refreshes, RLS, dataset governance, and performance optimization.
• Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Define, architect, and maintain KPIs/KRIs including vulnerability remediation SLAs and MTTR.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear metric definitions.
• Establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, and SOPs.
• Maintain data security controls like encryption and least privilege access.

Role Overview

The roles within this team form part of the Digital Resilience as a Service framework, collaborating closely with Group Information Security and Allianz Technology to ensure consistent execution of security processes, reliable risk insights, and alignment with Group-wide security policies and standards.

What You Do

• Engage with senior executive stakeholders, including CISO, SecOps, GRC, and IT, to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Present complex findings and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Integrate data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems.
• Use Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and Power BI (Power Query, DAX) for data cleaning, transformation, modelling, and visualization.
• Implement scheduled refreshes, Row-Level Security (RLS), dataset governance, and performance optimization.
• Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights supporting strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and drive data-driven strategies.
• Define, architect, and maintain KPIs/KRIs, including vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence, phishing training outcomes, MTTR, control health, audit readiness, risk heatmaps, vendor risk, policy compliance.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear metric definitions and documentation.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and trend reporting.
• Establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, and SOPs for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Maintain controls for data minimization, secure handling, encryption, and least privilege access.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and projects, with a focus on security analytics.
• Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, security metrics, and operational excellence practices.
• Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages welcome.
