A leading testing and certification company is seeking a Security Compliance Auditor to join their Barcelona headquarters. This full-time role will focus on supporting IT infrastructure integration for newly acquired companies and ensuring compliance with information security standards. The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT roles, be fluent in English (B2) and Spanish, and possess strong project management and communication skills. Security Compliance Auditor

to join our headquarters in Barcelona at Applus+ Laboratories.

This full‑time role focuses on supporting IT infrastructure integration for newly acquired companies and ensuring compliance with information security standards such as ISO 27001 TISAX. The position reports directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager of the division.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Support IT integration projects for newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth onboarding into corporate systems.
  • Maintain and implement cybersecurity policies aligned with ISO 27001 principles and TISAX requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity documentation and compliance forms.
  • Assist during internal and external security audits by providing thorough documentation and ensuring adherence to security standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee compliance and integration success.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in IT infrastructure or information security roles.
  • English (B2 level) and Spanish fluency.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
Technical Knowledge
  • System administration: networking, Active Directory, security policies, endpoint protection, and Microsoft / Linux / virtualization environments.
  • Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards: ISO 27001, ENS, GDPR, TISAX.
  • Scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
Skills
