Empresa de construcció i reformes in Palma is seeking two experienced second-class plumbers (oficial de 2ª de fontanería) for new construction projects and renovations. You will install piping systems, fit sanitation networks, and ensure code-compliant workmanship on active sites across Palma.

Applicants should have at least 9 months of verifiable plumbing experience and a 20-hour health and safety training.

Are you an experienced tradesperson looking for a reliable plumbing role in Mallorca? Empresa de construcció i reformes is currently hiring two second-class plumbers (oficial de 2ª de fontanería) for new construction projects and building renovations in Palma. If you have practical expertise in pipe installation, sanitation networks, and technical plumbing materials, this full-time opportunity allows you to contribute your skills to active sites across the Palma area.

In this role

You will carry out a range of installation, assembly, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial builds. Your main duties will include:

• Installing and assembling plumbing piping systems using PPR and PEX (WIRSBO) materials
• Fitting and setting up sanitation, drainage, and waste pipe networks
• Applying thermal and protective insulation to pipe systems according to technical requirements
• Performing necessary plumbing installations on both comprehensive renovations and new building sites
• Ensuring all pipework and connections meet safety and quality standards on site

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 9 months of verifiable professional experience working as a plumber
• Mandatory 20-hour certified occupational health and safety training in construction (formación de 20 horas en prevención de riesgos laborales)
• Practical working knowledge of sanitation systems, pipe insulation, and standard modern plumbing materials (such as PPR and PEX)
• Ability to work effectively on renovation sites and new construction projects in Palma

What the employer offers

• A gross annual salary of 22,800 €, paid in 12 monthly payments
• Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
• A 9-month fixed-discontinuous contract (fijo discontinuo), with the possibility of extension to a full-year contract if construction project demand permits
