Fusteria - Carpintería in Mallorca seeks an experienced second-class carpenter to join a production team. You will combine traditional craft with modern CNC wood processing to deliver high-quality woodwork on the island.

The role requires completing a carpentry-related Vocational Training and at least 1 year of documented carpentry/CNC experience, plus solid CAD/CNC skills. A stable, permanent contract and a full-time morning shift are offered.

Are you an experienced carpenter with solid technical skills looking for a permanent full-time position in Mallorca? A carpentry workshop based in Binissalem is looking for a qualified second-class carpenter (Oficial de Segunda de Fusteria) to join their production team. In this role, you will combine traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology to produce high-quality woodwork on the island.

Your primary tasks and daily responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Preparing, machining, and shaping wooden components using CNC machinery.
• Working with AutoCAD software for job planning and execution.
• Carrying out quality control on finished pieces to ensure precision standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and basic upkeep of workshop equipment and machines.

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and profile:

• Completed vocational training in carpentry or wood processing (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà / Intermediate Vocational Training).
• At least 12 months (1 year) of documented work experience in carpentry and CNC wood machining.
• Solid computer literacy, including practical knowledge of AutoCAD software and CNC controls.
• A valid class B driver's license.
• A detail-oriented approach to woodworking and high standards for craftsmanship.

What this employment offer includes:

• A permanent, indefinite employment contract (contrato indefinido) based in Binissalem, Mallorca.
• A full-time working schedule with a convenient continuous morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00.
• A gross annual salary of €20,977.93 in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement (remuneration calculated according to days worked).
