Job summary

Under Armour in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. You will help keep the store sharp, assist customers with apparel and footwear, and participate in omni-channel activities.

The role requires flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Previous POS experience or tech comfort is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs and move around the store, stockroom, and office.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (POS devices and mobile tools).

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
