A dynamic technology company is seeking a Senior SEM Manager to manage and optimize global campaigns across Google Ads and Bing. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of hands-on SEM experience, a strong background in subscription-based mobile apps, and fluency in additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish. At Prime Insights, we’re building one of the most powerful app ecosystems in the survey and reward space and we’re looking for a Senior SEM Manager to join our performance team.

What we’re looking for :

Someone who lives and breathes search. You’ve run global campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand ROAS and LTV tracking, and can scale non‑eCommerce, subscription‑based apps through performance‑first search strategy. You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over cohorts, testing landing pages, and pushing the edge of what SEM can do.

Your profile :
  • 4+ years of hands‑on SEM experience
  • Proven results driving paid search growth for subscription‑based mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization
  • Experience running campaigns in languages other than English
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Experience with global campaigns across Tier 1 markets
  • Comfortable with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ideally SQL
  • Bonus : Experience with landing page optimization / CRO
