Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile app transformation in Spain for an international IT company in rail and mobility.

You will implement Agile practices, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee budgets, risks, and go-live planning across a dynamic, multilingual team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager
• Strong background in B2C digital environments (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms)
• Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps
• English, Spanish, French: fluent

Responsabilidades

• As a Scrum Master: Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
• Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement
• Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards
• As an IT Project Manager: Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Manage project planning, resources, and dependencies
• Own budget tracking, cost control and reporting
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans
• Prepare steering committees and executive reporting
• Define the go-live strategy and transition to run

Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specialized in information systems for the rail and mobility industry.

Main responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master:
  • Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
