Td Synnex is looking for a Lead Scrum Master to guide Agile teams within a SAFe framework. You will coach teams, facilitate key ceremonies, and ensure effective Agile practices. This role is set in a growth-focused and inclusive environment that promotes excellence.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership and communication skills. Join us to make an impact across multiple teams.

In this Lead Scrum Master role, you guide up to three Agile teams within a SAFe framework to deliver value through disciplined, collaborative practices. You’ll coach teams, facilitate key ceremonies, and drive adoption of Agile across the organization while removing impediments. You will lead Scrum of Scrums and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog and sprint delivery. This position sits in a growth-focused, inclusive environment that values excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

• Facilitate standard Scrum processes and ceremonies (planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog management and sprint planning
• Lead Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependencies across teams
• Ensure user stories are delivered per sprint commitments
• Remove impediments and escalate blockers with stakeholders
• Provide Agile coaching beyond own team and department
• Support Agile adoption in complex or strategic areas
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
