A prominent recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to join an IT initiative on a remote basis from Barcelona. The ideal candidate will lead process improvements, facilitate collaboration between teams, and ensure agile delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills. The contract duration is initially 3 months with a rate of €500-€525.

Scrum Master/Project Manager - Critical Support Engagement

We are currently searching on behalf of our client for an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to join them for an initial duration of 3 months, on a remote basis.

The successful Scrum Master/PM will be stepping in at a critical moment and will need to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a high priority IT Initiative. The need for this position is more so to improve the way multiple teams engage, communicate and deliver across a complex, fast moving environment as opposed to independent projects.

You will need to be highly organised, assertive and someone who can align priorities, gather requirements quickly, and ensure that delivery happens at pace, even when it is difficult. It is imperative that you will have a strong understanding of Agile delivery and be able to keep teams aligned when requirements shift.

Responsibilities will include, although not limited to:

• Drive process improvement
• Lead the request gathering process
• Facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams to align on solutions and delivery timelines
• Help define how new capabilities will be built/deployed
• Maintain agility
• Champion engagement and communication, ensuring business teams get the support they need from IT

Location: Remote (based in Barcelona, with occasional travel)

Rate: €500-€525

Duration: 3 months initially
