Quantion, empresa de transformación digital, busca un Scrum Master para unirse a su equipo técnico. Serás embajador de valores ágiles y apoyarás a los Product Owners para entregar valor continuo.

Como líder servicial, eliminarás impedimentos, promoverás la comunicación y facilitarás la mejora continua. Formarás parte de la comunidad Agile del Lufthansa Group y trabajarás en un entorno internacional con un equipo diverso.

Formación

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Scrum Master o trabajando en un equipo ágil.
• Mentalidad ágil y experiencia en implementar agilidad en equipos multifuncionales.
• Conocimiento de procesos de desarrollo de software y metodologías Scrum y Kanban.
• Disposición a salir de la zona de confort.
• Muy buen dominio del inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Ser embajador de valores ágiles y enseñar una mentalidad y marcos ágiles.
• Guiar y coachar equipos para entregar valor continuo y apoyar a los Product Owners.
• Liderar como servant leader removiendo impedimentos para el equipo.
• Colaborar con empatía y facilitar una comunicación extraordinaria para resolver conflictos.
• Impulsar la mejora continua y soluciones creativas para entregar soluciones de alta calidad.

We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

What will you do?

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks


• You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value


• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands‑on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them


• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict


• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions


• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed


• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community


• You will work in an international environment with a diverse team

What you will need?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team


• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams


• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban


• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it


• Very good command of the English language
