Role

SCRUM MASTER – to join our Tech Team.

Responsibilities

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks.
• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict.
• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions with speed.
• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team.
• Agile mindset and profound expertise in implementing agility in cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Permanent contract.
