Kids&Us Badajoz is seeking an experienced School Director to oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive both academic and commercial success at the centre. You will implement strategies to grow enrolment, strengthen family engagement, and connect with the local community.

The role requires proven team management in education or retail, outstanding organisational and leadership skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset aimed at building long-term relationships and business
