Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to support senior project managers across energy and infrastructure projects. You will establish master schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction and commissioning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong CPM knowledge, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel to project sites will be needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in energy projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project management/scheduling tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPM and scheduling techniques.
• Experience with resource allocation in large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with energy construction processes and standards.
• Knowledge of MEP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• English and Spanish communication required; PMP preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; work in Spanish and English.

• Prepare, monitor, and update overall project schedule through all phases.
• Integrate detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Issue planning reports and progress updates with deviations.
• Help develop mitigation or acceleration plans for timelines.
• Assist procurement in schedules for procurement and purchasing.
• Support milestone planning for tender documents.

Job Description

• Support the Project Manager in establishing the master schedule and project milestones plan.
• Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating the overall project schedule in all its phases.
• Integrate detailed schedules for each project stage developed by the parties responsible for each phase: design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Issue planning reports, project progress updates, deviations, etc.
• Support the Project Manager in developing mitigation or acceleration plans for timelines.
• Assist the procurement manager in establishing schedules for procurement and purchasing.
• Support the procurement and/or construction manager in setting milestone plans for tender documents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in energy projects
• Proficiency in project management/scheduling software such as Primavera P6
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and critical path method (CPM)
• Experience with resource allocation and management in large-scale construction projects
• Familiarity with energy construction processes and standards
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication in English and Spanish are required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Ability to work in Spanish and English
