Formación

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM/EWM, SGAR, and SAP TM Functional Lead to drive excellence in warehouse and transportation process management. In this role, you will act as the key link between logistics operations, DT&IT teams, and external partners—leading digital transformation and ensuring continuous improvement in supply chain execution.

🌍 Mission

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM/EWM, SGAR, and SAP TM Functional Lead to drive excellence in warehouse and transportation process management. In this role, you will act as the key link between logistics operations, DT&IT teams, and external partners—leading digital transformation and ensuring continuous improvement in supply chain execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SAP WM/SGAR (Roca Home made warehouse system) /TM functional team.
• Deliver SAP WM/EWM and TM solutions from design to deployment.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and project issues.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into optimized SAP solutions.
• Oversee daily operational support (incidents, service requests, change requests).
• Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to global standards.
• Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across logistics processes.
• Manage budgets and participate in audits and system reviews.

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• SAP EWM/TM certifications and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

💼 Experience

• 6–10+ years in SAP WM/EWM and/or SAP TM.
• 3–5+ years in team or project leadership roles.
• Experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Background in distribution centers, warehouses, or transportation operations.
• Experience in global SAP environments is highly valued.

🧩 Core Competencies

• Strong technical expertise in SAP WM/EWM and SAP TM.
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, FI.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• English proficiency at C2 level.
