A leading multinational in bathroom solutions based in Barcelona seeks an experienced SAP WM/EWM & TM Applications Team Lead. In this role, you will drive excellence in warehouse and transportation processes, manage a functional team, and deliver SAP solutions from design to deployment. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of SAP experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English. Formación

• 6–10+ years of experience in SAP WM/EWM and/or SAP TM.
• 3–5+ years in team or project leadership roles.
• Experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the SAP WM/SGAR/TM functional team.
• Deliver SAP WM/EWM and TM solutions from design to deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into optimized SAP solutions.

Conocimientos

Technical expertise in SAP WM/EWM

Leadership skills

Communication skills

Project management

English proficiency (C2 level)

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or related fields

Master’s degree preferred

SAP EWM/TM certifications and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
