Job summary

Westernacher’s Transportation Management practice in Spain seeks an SAP TM Solution Architect to shape scalable end-to-end solutions and guide customers through architectural decisions on international SAP transformation projects.

You will own SAP TM architecture design, translate transformation goals into integrated SAP solutions, and mentor teams while supporting pre-sales through design and estimations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP TM experience.
• Led complex SAP transformation projects, including at least four full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and presentation skills with executives.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP TM solution architectures for complex logistics and transportation environments.
• Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solutions.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and customers’ long-term technology roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor consultants and developers to maintain solution quality and consistency across workstreams.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design, effort estimation and customer presentations.
