rindus invites applications for a SAP Technical Test Manager role based in Gijón, Asturias, Spain. You will join a distributed team from our Málaga office or work from home, offering a flexible model.

Responsibilities include defining a risk-based SAP test strategy, coordinating SIT, E2E and UAT, managing defects, enforcing data masking and privacy controls, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Formación

• 6–10+ years in testing / QA, including 3+ years managing test cycles.
• Proven Test Manager experience in SAP programmes (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO).
• Proven experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams.
• Deep understanding of business process value streams (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs).
• Strong command of test management and ALM tools and requirement traceability practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Coordination of performance and security testing, including data masking and privacy controls.
• ISTQB / TMMi and SAFe / Agile certification.

Responsabilidades

• Test Approach and Planning: Define and maintain a risk-based test approach across SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and transformation activities.
• Test Execution and Cycle Management: Plan, schedule and run test cycles across SIT, E2E and UAT; create, update and execute test cases.
• Defect Management: Lead defect management and triage, covering severity, ownership and retest.
• Test Data and Non-functional Testing: Enforce data strategy and include performance, security, and privacy controls.
• Planning, Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Track KPIs and report to PMO and sponsors; surface risks for leadership.
