A global leader in measurement technologies is seeking an SAP Support Consultant in Madrid, Spain. This role entails providing global support for SAP Sales Order Fulfilment and Supply Chain Management processes, executing SAP customisations, and training users. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in SAP environments and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position offers opportunities for training and continuous improvement within a dynamic team.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in SAP Sales Fulfilment and Supply Chain.
  • Experience as a trainer and in documentation management.

ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Are you passionate about SAP and supporting global teams? As an SAP Support Consultant – Sales Order Fulfilment & Supply Chain, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our Sales and Supply Chain processes. You will provide expert guidance and support to internal SAP users, helping them navigate the system efficiently and driving continuous improvements in Sales Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Service Operations. This is a hands‑on role where you will also contribute to training, documentation, testing, and rollout activities, making a real impact across the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide global support for SAP Sales Order Fulfilment and Supply Chain Management (including Business Partner, Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Service Operations).
  • Execute SAP customisations and perform large‑scale customer master data updates.
  • Administer storage locations and SAP user accounts.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions (in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning formats).
  • Participate in SAP rollouts and onboarding for new business entities.
  • Test and validate change requests related to SAP Sales & Distribution processes.
  • Maintain SAP‑related documentation, working instructions, and training materials.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Degree in Applied Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in SAP Sales Fulfilment and Supply Chain (Sales & Distribution, Business Partner, MM).
  • Experience as a trainer and in documentation management, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Experience with AI tools (preferably COPILOT).
LANGUAGE(S)

Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
