Amaris Consulting busca un SAP MM Business Analyst con más de 3 años de experiencia para unirse a un equipo internacional. El candidato trabajará estrechamente con Compras, Cadena de Suministro y logística externa (3PL) para optimizar procesos y datos maestros en SAP MM, incluyendo P2P y gestión de inventario.

Se requiere experiencia en configuraciones SAP y soporte funcional, capacidad de conducir talleres y pruebas, y dominio del inglés profesional.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como SAP MM Consultant o SAP MM Business Analyst.
• Fuerte experiencia en SAP MM, incluyendo gestión de datos maestros y procesos P2P.
• Conocimiento de configuración SAP MM y soporte funcional.
• Experiencia con MM-IM, WM, integraciones WMS (Manhattan) y interfaces EDI.
• Capacidad para recopilar requerimientos, facilitar talleres y ejecutar pruebas/UAT.
• Dominio del inglés profesional (oral y escrito).

Responsabilidades

• Recopilar y formalizar requerimientos de negocio relacionados con adquisiciones, datos maestros e inventario.
• Facilitar talleres con Compras, Cadena de Suministro y 3PL.
• Configurar y mantener funcionalidades SAP MM mediante actividades de configuración.
• Gestionar la relación funcional con proveedores de almacenes externos para recepción, expedición e inventario.
• Garantizar gobierno de datos maestros de materiales, proveedores y registros de compras.
• Participar en migraciones ECC a S/4HANA y apoyar iniciativas de negocio.
• Definir y ejecutar estrategias de pruebas, coordinar UAT y soporte post-go-live.
• Mantenerse actualizado con buenas prácticas SAP y tecnologías en Supply Chain y logística.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP Materials Management, business process analysis, and configuration activities, working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics teams. Professional English is required as part of this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3+ years of experience as a SAP MM Consultant or SAP MM Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency with SAP MM , including master data management (materials, vendors, info records, source lists), purchase-to-pay processes, inventory and stock management.
• Experience with subcontracting processes and external warehouses (3PL environments).
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM customizing/configuration and functional support activities.
• Familiarity with MM-IM, WM, WMS integrations (Manhattan) and EDI interfaces.
• Proven experience with business requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, testing and UAT execution.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Gather, analyze and formalize business requirements related to procurement, master data and inventory management processes.
• Facilitate workshops with Procurement, Supply Chain and external logistics providers (3PL).
• Configure and maintain SAP MM functionalities through customizing activities.
• Manage the functional relationship with external warehouse providers, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound and inventory processes.
• Ensure high-quality Master Data governance , including materials, vendors and purchasing information records.
• Participate in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects , supporting process alignment and business transformation initiatives.
• Define and execute testing strategies, coordinate UAT activities and provide post-go-live support.
• Stay current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies within the Supply Chain and Logistics ecosystem.
