Job summary

Red Commerce Schweiz GmbH seeks an experienced SAP SD Consultant for a 6-month contract in Madrid. The role is hybrid with three on-site days per week and starts ASAP, with potential extension.

You will provide Level 2 and 3 SAP SD support for the Order-to-Cash process, analyze incidents, configure SAP SD, create documentation, and coordinate with global users. Excellent English and Spanish communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience providing Level 2 and 3 SAP SD support.
• Experience with Incident analysis and troubleshooting within SAP SD.
• SD configuration and customizing experience.
• Experience supporting business users and managing support tickets.
• Functional testing and change validation experience.
• Strong functional documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Madrid).
• Excellent communication skills with Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 SAP SD functional support for the Order-to-Cash process.
• Perform incident analysis, resolution, and ticket follow-up.
• Coordinate with technical teams and users in an international environment.
• Configure SAP SD and assist in testing and change validation.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Support daily SAP operations and collaborate with logistics teams.
