Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant for a 6-month freelance engagement in Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on order-to-cash, pricing, and billing within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will operate in a hybrid setup with regular onsite presence in the Barcelona area and collaborate with the life sciences team to ensure quality control workflows and batch traceability across the SAP landscape.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Experience in an S/4HANA environment is required.

Job title – SAP SD Consultant

Client Location – Barcelona, Spain

Remote work offering – Hybrid, 3 days remote / 2 days onsite

Client Industry – Pharmaceutical and Biological Manufacturing

Contract Length – 6 months

Project focus

Our client runs a core SAP ERP landscape supporting a tightly regulated manufacturing environment. The platform underpins quality control workflows, batch traceability, and international distribution across the life sciences sector, and the team is looking for an experienced SAP SD consultant to support this environment.

Key skills and Experience required

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
• Experience working within an S/4HANA environment
• Background supporting order-to-cash, pricing, and billing processes in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with batch traceability and quality control workflows
• Comfortable working in a life sciences / pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry
• Able to work hybrid, with regular onsite presence in the Barcelona area
