EY GDS Spain in Málaga is seeking a Project Manager in SAP to lead complex, cross-border engagements, working with senior stakeholders and clients to shape technology-driven solutions that unlock business value.

In this hybrid role you will support strategic consulting, technology transformation and business development, collaborate with international teams, manage end-to-end implementation, ensure delivery against budgets, milestones and quality expectations, and travel as needed.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects in large-scale, multicultural environments.
• End-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and other project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel (if needed).

Join EY GDS Spain as a Project Manager in SAP and become a key contributor to high-impact international engagements. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and business development, working directly with senior stakeholders, Partners, and clients to shape technology-driven solutions.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga (two times per week in the office), you will collaborate closely with other international teams, supporting strategic consulting engagements, technology transformation initiatives, and business development opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys, becoming a trusted advisor in project management subject matters.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
• Work with various teams to ensure that client requirements, budgets, and milestones for projects are met.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• Minimum 7 or more years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale projects within distributed multicultural environments.
• Experience in end-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.
• A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and other project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel (if needed).

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly Spanish, Italian and/or German.
• Experience in change management, business analysis, and process transformations.
• Experience working at consulting companies.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification.
