Nippon Sanso Europe in Madrid is seeking an Operational Buyer to ensure effective procurement execution across categories, supporting strategy deployment and compliance with regulations. You will manage orders, supplier performance, and end-to-end P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA within a European-aligned framework.

The role offers cross-functional exposure, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to contribute to cost optimization while advancing sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in operational procurement or related roles.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
• English fluency; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement activities in line with approved category strategies and policies.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing: requisitions, orders, supplier communications, and order tracking.
• Support sourcing and tendering with approved suppliers and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procedures.
