Universia España is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to help plan and execute demand generation campaigns across the DACH region, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

The role collaborates with Sales Development and marketing teams to align on segments, messaging, and campaign handover, while building target lists and maintaining data hygiene.

You'll monitor performance, generate insights, and use AI tools to speed up analysis and draft outreach content in partnership with DCMs.

Responsabilidades

• Support Digital Campaign Managers in planning and executing demand generation campaigns in the DACH region, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Development teams to align on target segments, messaging, content, and campaign handover.
• Build and maintain target account and contact lists including segmentation, data cleansing, and de-duplication.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Turn stakeholder questions into small, actionable reporting tasks; keep requests organized and prioritized.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis and generate simple content drafts in collaboration with DCMs.
• Communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and collaborate within a hybrid work environment.

• Support Digital Campaign Managers (DCMs) in planning and executing demand generation campaigns, with a focus on net-new and prospect initiatives in DACH, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Development teams to align on target segments, messaging, content, and campaign handover.
• Build and maintain target account and contact lists, including segmentation, data cleansing, and de-duplication.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations (what worked, what to try next).
• Turn stakeholder questions into small, actionable reporting tasks; keep requests organized and prioritized.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis and generate simple content drafts (e.g., outreach messaging) in collaboration with DCMs.
• Communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and collaborate within a hybrid work environment.
