Job summary

SAP is seeking an IXP Intern focused on AI and innovation at their Barcelona Digital Hub. You will engage with the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Growth team, supporting data-driven decision making, forecasting, and partner communications.

This internship offers exposure to AI-powered initiatives, Generative AI tools, and opportunities to influence operational excellence. Candidates should be enrolled in a Masters program (Engineering, AI, Business Analytics) or an MBA, be available for at least 6

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, AI, or related field or Master's degree in Business Administration.
• Available for a minimum 6:month internship and able to work from the Barcelona Digital Hub.
• Strong interest in AI:driven innovation, including hands:on exposure to Generative AI tools, vibe coding approaches, and Agentic AI concepts (e.G. AI agents, automation workflows, prompt engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about business and emerging technologies.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (experience with BI systems is a plus).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are an asset.
• Proactive, detail:oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and passion for collaboration.
