The Role
The consultant has deep expertise in at least one SAP HCM module and is recognized as a trusted authority within their domain. They are responsible for defining, negotiating, and executing project tasks across all development phases to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
They actively contribute to training and knowledge transfer initiatives and work closely with other Strada teams to identify and deliver the best technical and functional solutions.
