Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an iShift Business Enablement – Global Trade Services Lead in Barcelona to drive SAP GTS trade compliance across the Order-to-Cash flow. You will collaborate with Customs, SPLS, and O2C teams to standardize GTS deployment and ensure regulatory alignment with global requirements.

The role requires deep GTS expertise, S/4HANA integration, and the ability to translate regulatory guidelines into functional designs, tests, and training materials.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in SAP GTS and trade compliance.
• Extensive GTS implementation in S/4HANA environments.
• Deep knowledge of export control, sanctions screening, and customs regulations.
• Experience with license management, preference management, and restricted party screening.
• Familiarity with EAR, ITAR, EU dual-use regulations.
• Proven cross-functional GTS SME across multiple functions.
• Ability to align requirements across Customs, SPLS, and O2C teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTS enablement across Customs, SPLS and O2C.
• Design and deploy GTS solutions aligned with S/4HANA roadmap.
• Provide expertise on license, preference, and embargo processes.
• Coordinate K-user testing and training on trade compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update GTS configurations.
• Support hypercare and BAU transition.
