A leading consulting firm in Spain seeks a Senior Delivery Lead for SAP Finance Transformation. The role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring deployment readiness within a hybrid work environment. Candidates should have a proven track record in large-scale SAP Finance transformations, strong governance skills, and a deep understanding of finance processes. The position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis with competitive compensation around €55,000 per annum or €400 per day.

Formación

• Proven background delivering large-scale SAP Finance transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury).
• Deep experience in SAP technical delivery (data, integrations, cloud).

Senior Delivery Lead – SAP Finance Transformation

Location : Barcelona (Hybrid)

We are supporting a global organisation undergoing a major SAP-led Finance Transformation. They are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across SAP S / 4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury and SAP BTP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of SAP Finance transformation programmes
• Manage integrated plans across design, build, integrations, data migration, testing and cutover
• Govern system integrators, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams
• Oversee data migration cycles and integration testing (CPI, APIs, banking, tax engines)
• Drive SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing
• Ensure deployment readiness and deliver high-quality documentation
• Act as the key technology interface for Finance stakeholders

Experience Required

• Proven background delivering large-scale SAP Finance transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury)
• Deep experience in SAP technical delivery (data, integrations, cloud)
• Strong governance, communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable: SAP RISE, BTP, BRF+, Group Reporting, PMI / Prince2 / SAP certifications

The position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis (Autonomo basis) at either approx €55,000 per annum or approx. €400 per day.
