A European consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP FI / CO Master Data Management Lead for an exciting S / 4HANA transformation project in the Consumer Goods sector. This role involves leading the master data management workstream, ensuring high-quality delivery of the Data Management Plan, and coordinating data design approvals. Candidates must possess deep expertise in SAP FI / CO within S / 4HANA environments, strong experience in data migration, and excellent communication skills. The position is remote from the EU with occasional travel across Europe.

Formación

• Must have deep expertise in SAP FI / CO within S / 4HANA.
• Experience in data migration including mapping and validation.
• Knowledge of designing Enterprise Data Models is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage Data Management Plan to ensure quality.
• Design Enterprise Data Model (EDM) for FI / CO master data.
• Coordinate approvals for data design requirements.
• Document EDM requirements in solution design documents.
• Assess data change impacts and propose solutions.
• Validate S / 4HANA configuration for master data.
• Lead data migration activities including QA.
• Support testing phases and manage defect triage.

Conocimientos

Deep SAP FI / CO expertise in S / 4HANA environments

Strong experience with data migration projects

Knowledge of Enterprise Data Models

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English

We’re looking for an experienced SAP FI / CO Master Data Management Lead to support our clients Programme – an exciting SAP S / 4HANA transformation in the Consumer Goods sector. If you have strong expertise in FI / CO master data, data migration, and enjoy working in an international environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Take ownership of the Plan-to-Results (FI / CO / Tax) master data management workstream and ensure all activities align with the project methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Data Management Plan, keeping deliverables on time and to the highest quality.
• Design and define the Enterprise Data Model (EDM) for FI / CO master data objects in collaboration with Data Stewards and SI consultants.
• Coordinate approvals for data design requirements (KDDs, DRDs) and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Document EDM requirements in the Solution Design Document (SDD) and Solution Configuration Guide (SCG).
• Assess impacts of data change / localisation requests and propose fit-to-standard solutions to minimise customisations.
• Validate S / 4HANA configuration for FI / CO master data and support integration design reviews.
• Lead data migration activities : mapping, transformation, and quality assurance for FI / CO master data.
• Support testing phases and manage data-related defect triage during SIT.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP FI / CO expertise in S / 4HANA environments.
• Strong experience with data migration projects (mapping, transformation, validation).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Models and global template design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Location

Remote from the EU, with occasional travel across Europe
