Viscofan in Tajonar (Pamplona, Navarra) seeks an SAP EWM/PP Consultant to design, implement and optimize SAP EWM and PP solutions, ensuring seamless integration between manufacturing, MRP and warehouse operations. You will bridge production planning and warehouse management for efficient material flow and end-to-end traceability.

You will lead blueprint workshops, collaborate with technical teams on data migration, and stay updated with SAP innovations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and EWM modules, including configuration and integration.
• Relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA (EWM or PP) highly valued.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Design SAP EWM warehouse structures, storage types and placement strategies (Putaway/Picking).
• Build end-to-end traceability systems integrated with MES from production to shipment and from purchase to consumption.
• Customize RF screens and warehouse automation workflows.
• Implement and optimize integration between SAP PP and SAP EWM.
• Calculate and optimize MRP parameters to ensure material availability and balanced inventory levels.
• Lead BBP workshops with stakeholders to gather manufacturing, logistics and planning requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system integrations with MES and non-SAP solutions.
• Prepare user manuals and training materials.
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.

The position will be based in Tajonar (Pamplona, Navarra), involving commuting to the different factories of the Group occasionally.

About the role:

The main mission of the role will be to design, implement and optimize SAP EWM and PP solutions, ensuring seamless integration between manufacturing, MRP and warehouse operations. You will act as a key functional expert bridging production planning and advanced warehouse management, guaranteeing efficient material flow, inventory accuracy and end-to-end traceability following SAP best practices.

The main responsibilities will involve:

• Designing SAP EWM warehouse structures, storage types and placement strategies (Putaway/Picking)
• Building robust end-to-end traceability systems integrated with MES, from production to shipment and from purchase to consumption
• Customizing RF screens and warehouse automation workflows
• Implementing and optimizing integration between SAP PP and SAP EWM
• Optimizing MRP parameters to ensure material availability and balanced inventory levels
• Setting up exception handling processes and shortage workflows for production planning (Alert Monitor)
• Leading business blueprint (BBP) workshops with stakeholders to gather manufacturing, logistics and planning requirements
• Collaborating with technical teams on data migration and system integrations with MES and non-SAP solutions
• Analyzing current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Customizing SAP functionalities based on business needs
• Leading or supporting SAP PP/EWM implementation and rollout projects
• Ensuring integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD
• Providing functional support and ensuring system stability
• Performing system updates, enhancements and monitoring performance
• Creating and maintaining structured documentation and knowledge repositories
• Preparing user manuals and training materials
• Conducting unit testing, integration testing and UAT
• Collaborating with QA teams to ensure implementation quality
• Staying updated with SAP innovations, best practices and Fiori applications
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes

You’re going to be a match if you...

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Have at least 4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role
• Have strong knowledge of SAP PP and EWM modules, including configuration and integration
• Hold relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA (EWM or PP), highly valued
• High proficiency in SAP EWM (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements and PP integration)
• Expertise in PP-PI or standard PP, including:
• Master Data (BOMs, Recipes/Routings, Work Centers)
• Order execution, confirmations and goods movements (backflushing, staging)
• ABAP knowledge (reading, debugging and troubleshooting)
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting integrations
• Experience integrating SAP with MES systems
• SAP Fiori apps (PP, EWM, MM)
• SAP PP/DS knowledge
• SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
