The KION Group seeks an SAP Inhouse Consultant (EWM) within Operations ITS EMEA to drive standardization and process improvements across regions including Luzzara, Lainate, Rolo (Italy), Pilsen/South Bohemian (Czech Republic), Brno, Plzen (Czech Republic) and Pallejà (Spain).

You will define detailed process steps, coordinate the global key user network, manage new requirements, and ensure delivery (create, validate, test, deploy, train) while traveling internationally as needed.

Formación

• University studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in SAP - EWM or in a comparable work environment.
• Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes.
• Very good knowledge in elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications.
• Good communication skills in English are essential.
• Being able to speak German, Czech, Polish or other languages spoken in EMEA is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Define the process steps and process deviations in your area of responsibility in detail.
• Promote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions.
• Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processes.
• Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organization.
• Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train).
