A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to support and design integrations in SuccessFactors. This permanent opportunity offers hybrid working across Spain, Ireland, or Poland and an excellent salary package. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with SAP Integration and strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors systems. Excellent English language skills are also required.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in SAP Integration on SuccessFactors.
• Extensive experience with SAP CPI.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting and designing SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• SuccessFactors and SAP CPI integration
• SAP API Management
• Handle security
• Manage updates, data loads, and Real Time integrations
• Manage integration issues ensuring they meeting compliance standards
• Documents integration processes and provide support

Key experience required

• 3+ years' experience working with SAP Integration on SuccessFactors
• Extensive experience with SAP CPI
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC, ECP, Recruitment, Onboarding
• Hands‑on SuccessFactors experience with 3rd party systems
• English language skills
