Job summary

The MCC is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Analyst to manage financial accounting and controlling within SAP environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant financial processes and robust integrations with related modules.

Based in Spain with a hybrid work model, the role requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP configuration skills, and fluent English and Spanish communication to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• Hybrid (must be able to work from office 3 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements.
• Project management, roll outs, implementations (SAP & Radius).
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Providing support for local team in,day to day incidents
• System Configuration & Implementation
• Configure FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders).
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR).
• Financial Reporting & Compliance. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting.
• Align SAP processes with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• User Support & Training
• Provide functional support to end-users.
• Conduct training sessions for finance and controlling teams.
• Document processes and create user manuals.
• System Maintenance & Enhancements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Work with IT teams to ensure system stability.
• Participate in SAP implementation or migration projects.
